1. Who We Are

AuraJonad ("we", "us") sells digital products and automation services. Headquartered in the Arab Republic of Egypt, operating globally. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Digital Products & Services

Our products are digital files (workflows, templates, documents, video) delivered by email and/or in-account download, and services (audits, custom builds) delivered via scheduled Zoom calls and written deliverables. Nothing we sell is a physical good; no shipping applies.

4. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are displayed in USD. Egyptian customers may pay in EGP via Paymob. International customers pay via Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles applicable VAT/sales tax automatically. Your receipt will show the exact amount charged.

5. Payment

Accepted methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal (via Lemon Squeezy), Visa/Mastercard/Meeza/Vodafone Cash/Orange Cash/Etisalat Cash and installments (via Paymob, Egypt).

6. Delivery

Digital products are delivered within minutes of successful payment to the email address associated with your order, plus via your account's download area. Services are scheduled after purchase; we contact you within 1 business day to book your call.

7. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: digital products are refundable within 14 days if you have not accessed the deliverable. Services are refundable up until the first work session begins.

8. License

When you buy a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own business or your clients' businesses. You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute the files. Team licenses are available on request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, code, workflows, prompts) is owned by AuraJonad or its licensors and protected by copyright law. Your license permits use, not ownership.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malware, scrape content, or interfere with operations. You may not use our prompts, workflows, or guidance to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive output.

11. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our products are tools. Outcomes depend on your implementation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cairo economic courts.
